What’s included in the Flare Care Giveaway?
The lovely folks (shout out to Rebecca and Kate!) at Psoriatic-Arthritis.com and I put our heads together and made a list of some of the essentials every PsA warrior must have on hand for a flare. If you win the giveaway, you will walk away with the following:
- Obviously, you would need a comfy t-shirt that does double duty- keeps you cozy and spread awareness for PsA at the same time. (See below)
- A $25 Netflix gift card- Seriously, what better way to fight through a flare than binge watching the latest season of your favorite show. (If you haven’t watched Parenthood yet, be sure to add that to your must-see list. Love, love, love.)
- A set of Pain Cakes- These things are amazing. If you haven’t tried these yet, you really should check them out. They stick to all the awkward places where we have pain and just can’t keep the ice pack in place. Best part is the sticky is reusable so when you have your next inevitable flare, they will be ready and waiting to see you through.
- Coffee mug/slurp cup, because hydration is everything!

I’m so glad you’re back Leanne. I’ve been checking in every now and again and it’s lovely seeing you again <3 I don't suffer from Arthritis yet and I can't imagine what it must be like for someone as young and as dynamic as you to have Psoriatic arthritis. I know I don't qualify for the giveaway, being in South Africa, but I would so love to get my mom that t-shirt and the pancake cold pack. It's going to make her so happy. Would you mind terribly if I order them separately using your links?

This is wonderful, I also have psoriasis, not arthritis yet, but my dad has it. It is great to raise the awarnence with this give away’s.
This is such a great cause! My husband is only 32 and he has arthritis in his knees from an injury he sustained when he was deployed in Iraq. It’s such a shame, too, because he is not able to run long distances anymore. I’m happy to see you are supporting this great cause and raising awareness for others!

I don’t have arthritis but I can tell you those pain cakes are great! I use them on sore muscles after my workouts.
What a great giveaway, and for such a great cause! I’ve never heard of pain cakes, but they sound like they would be super helpful for sore and painful muscles/joints. This giveaway is going to be so helpful for someone. I think it’s wonderful that you have put this together and are raising awareness.

My other grandma suffer from Arthritis and i will inform her about the paincakes. It is a nice concept to keep the ice in the sore place.
I had never heard of “Paincakes” before but what a great idea! So many people could use these for tough days with aches and pains.
